In metastatic NPC, palliative chemotherapy (ChT) should be considered
for patients with an adequate performance status (PS). A treatment
combination of cisplatin and gemcitabine is the first-line choice and

2023 年のアップデート版において、転移例に対する推奨療法として
本薬とシスプラチンの併用療法に免疫療法を追加するレジメンが掲
載されたが、本薬とシスプラチンのみの併用療法は、2021 年版と同
様にカテゴリー[I, A]にて推奨されている。
